Besides bringing in some cash how do you arrange transferring money to Georgia? Do people rely just on ATM cards? For an American is it easy to open a Georgan bank account? I read that due to the new FATCA law foreign banks are rejecting American customers. True? Is there a bank that you recommend in Tbilisi?
