Life in Tiblisis (Tbilisi)

Hi Everybody,
I have found a job offer for Tiblisi and wondering whether I should take it or not.
Could you, please, tell me how life is in that city?
I would probably spend some years there and need to know about the people, culture, attractions and so forth. I did research on the web already but still would appreciate your opinions.
