Moving from UAE to Tbilisi next week

Hi Everybody, we are moving from UAE to Tbilisi next week. Our whole family, 2 kids and one dog. I have loads of questions. I was afraid if there is any expat community there because we had a very good one here in Ras Al Khaimah. I am pleasantly surprised there are expat people getting together. We are from the Czech republic, have small dog - so i will be happy to hear good tips from all the doglovers, have two kids 6,5 and 11,5yrs, so we are looking for a good school, looking for small house with garden in normal safe neighbourhoud preferably with lots of kids in the area. And later on for some language school or sport club for me. I am looking forward to meeting new people in Tbilisi 8-).
