Problems with ideals.ge (Tbilisi)

Hello,

did anyone from you used ideals.ge in the past?

I tried it now the 5th time to buy something, but the payment process (German CC) didn't really work.
Means i get from the payment processor always: please wait, while we proceed your payment (after 30 mins, the site always refresh, but don't finished it).

2 Mails to ideals, no response (as normal in Georgia) a call to payment provider (all works, try it again).

Did anyone used it with a foreign creditcard?
