question about visa and residency permit.Please he (Tbilisi)

Hello everybody,
I am considering moving to georgia,i am Egyptian citizen and the visa is 30 days ,i want to stay one or two years there. my question is about residency permit because on official sites there seems to be no option of short term residency visa, all is about reunion of families or georgian spouse, work permit or investor visa ! i dont belong to any of these categories,i just want to stay there in batumi and enjoy the sea,relax. So is there any option for me considering that i can provide that i am financially eligable to support myself in this year ?
