Recruting House Help: Nanny, Cook, Driver (Tbilisi)

Hello,

My husband and I will be beginning our new assignment in Tbilisi at the end of August Protected content .

I am wondering how to go about recruting reliable, competent, and trustworthy staff for my home.

My priority will be finding an experienced, kind, full-time babysitter (nanny) for our young son.
I will then see if it is possible to also get recommendations for a cook and a driver.

I always had great staff on previous assignments. I am hoping InterNations' members might be able to guide me in my search, help me understand how recruting is done, what is expected salary-wise, etc...

I would greatly appreciate your advice, input, opinions, and general help regarding this matter.
