Relocating dogs from US to Georgia (Tbilisi)

Dear all. We are moving to Georgia, Tbilisi from the States (SW Florida). The biggest challenge we have is to relocate our two dogs - boxers. Most airlines banned them to be checked as laggage. The only option is to ship by cargo. Does anybody have any experience with this issue?
