Setting up a Business (Tbilisi)

Hi Everyone!

I'm planning to set up my business officially in Georgia, given the visa requirements and the fact that it is supposed to be very easy.

I was wondering if anyone here had experience in this area? Is it really as simple as bringing your relevant documents and fee payment receipt to the appropriate office and getting the registration done in a week?

Any feedback will be helpful :)
