visa (Tbilisi)

Hello!! I need urgent help with visa info. I am from Paraguay and I am moving to Georgia in October. My fiance is coming down to my country to get married and then settle in Tbilisi. Could anyone tell me what kind of visa should I get to enter Georgia?
The problem is that we are getting married Oct. 25 and we are leaving Paraguay on Oct. 28. So, I want to get a tourist visa first and then,, once in Tbilisi work on the residence.
