Visiting for 3 days (Tbilisi)

Hi, I arrived in Tbilisi last night from Baku (currently live) and it's my first visit. Looking for info on best restaurants, fun clubs and shopping advice. Also, winter sight seeing spots that I must see would be most appreciated. I am American and only speak English...how difficult is it to find spots with English Speaking service? For any locals reading this...your city is BEAUTIFUL and I look forward to exploring and seeing more. Definitely see more visits here in the future! )) Happy Friday. Cheers
