Webshops in Georgia (Tbilisi)

I have worked in Georgia in several occastion since Protected content soon be travelling back - and one of the things that I have been increasingly wondering about is the situation concerning digital or e-commerce, particularly the existence of webshops etc. Do local webshops exist and are there any local alternative to e-bay? I ask because one my observations is that the market for many products seems very random (as they were just bought in small amounts abroad and the distributed resulting in high prices) and non-transperent. Maybe this is an inaccurate observation, and I guess one challenge is the unreliability of the mail service and another that most people do not have credit cards. But perhaps there are other factors at play? If anyone has insights on this, it would be much appreciated!
