Wine Tastings? (Tbilisi)

I'm surprised there is not a wine tasting interest group, given that it's Georgia.

We'd be interested in activities around Tbilisi (possibly beyond) for wine tasting and learning about the traditional production practices and grape varieties. And any history/context for local cuisine and varieties.

I think we missed a trip to a wine cellar. That would be fun to go again if there were interested folks.
