Biking and Hiking (Tegucigalpa)

Hey everyone! I recently got a mountain bike and am looking for groups or individuals (preferably also beginners) that would like to get together to bike around the trails right outside of Teguc (El Hatillo, Picacho, etc). Or anyone that is interested in hiking.

Do you guys know of groups that already exist for outdoor activities in Teguc, or would you like to help me start something here? Thanks for any info and send me a note if you're interested in getting together to explore the outdoors and maybe setting up a regular outdoor activity group.
