Capoeira Class (Tegucigalpa)

Hello Everyone!

One of our new members Laoise Ni Bhrian has kindly invited us to a beginners capoeira class at Chepe's in Lomas de Boulevard tomorrow at 2pm. The vast majority of people will be complete beginners and the class will be focussed around people who have never tried it before, and may not even know what it is!

Classes will be free until January and will be held from either 8:30 – 10pm or 8-9:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (depending on what suits the majority of people the best), and 2-4pm on Saturdays. Just wear loose/comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
