manufacturing in Honduras (Tegucigalpa)

Hello Everybody, we are a small company making Automoitive interiors and through a contact of a local supplier found Honduras as a possible point where to start production-other than China....We need welder,metal fabricator,upholsterer and sewer.How difficult is it to get experienced staff, are they bi lingual ?...don't speak myself spanish yet. Are they detail oriented ?,how is the work ethics ?...apart from the carabian laid back...how is steel,plastic .leather and vinyl suppliers working ? or do we have to bring everything in ?? We would like to stay at the carabian coast near the port of Puerto Cortes, anyone up there....I speak German,English and a bit French, my wife speaks Polish,Italian,French,German,Spanish and English.
Looking forward to get some insight information and in the near future have personal contact in Honduras.
