Car / driver to tour Iran? (Tehran)

I have some friends coming over to Iran and they are looking to arrange a car plus driver for about a week to drive around Western Iran. One of my friends has had fairly bad experiences with drivers from travel agencies so is ideally looking for someone with a sense of adventure who would like to get paid to explore Iran. English language not necessary, just someone who is reliable and willing to be flexible on where the trip takes (they would obviously also cover accommodation and food).

(She thought about hiring a car and driving herself but her international licence has expired and she doesn't have time to get a new one).
