Challenges in working in Iran for a woman?? (Tehran)

Dear All
Anyone can help me with some insigts? I might be soon working in Tehran for a pharmaceuticals company (in finance department), but first need to pass my last the the most important interview. I went already through many interviews and and first questions are alway the same. I dont know anymore what to answer!
Why Iran?
How will you handle as woman?
What challenges will you have and how do you plan to overcome?
Please help me with some good points!
