I want to send a gift to my girlfriend in Iran (Tehran)

Hello InterNations community!

I am hoping someone who is local in Tehran may be able to help me out. I live in the US, but my girlfriend is currently back in Tehran visiting her family.

I want to send her something for Valentine's Day, but my fear of sending it from here is a) it might not get there in time and b) it can't be any sort of gift such as roses/chocolates/etc.

Does anyone know of an online website where I could purchase a gift from a Tehran based company and have them mail/deliver it? One of the challenges may be using a US credit card due to sanctions.

OR does anyone have any experience on how long it typically takes to receive mail from the US?
