Moving to Iran, Tehran

Hope your doing well, I'm planing to move to Tehran I hope you can help me as I'm looking for a place to rent in Farmanieh, can you recommend a real estate agency?
is it easy to find job? any sites where i can look?
what I should get with me except my house furnitures and car? is it better to by a car in Iran?
can i buy furnitures there? is it good price and quality?
Looking for a multilingual kindergarden english and spanish? reggio emillia or montessori concept?
Is there American school?
If you have any other useful tips please let me now so i can prepare ahead of time.
