Moving to Tehran

Hi!
We are a Swedish-Iranian family moving to Tehran and would like some advice on things for children. We want our two daughters (3 and 5 years) to meet other children from different countries (we are coming from India where we have lived for two years) - are there any forums to go to meet other foreigners with children? What activities are there for children in Tehran?
On a different note, we are interested in renting a small preferably new apartment in the north of Tehran - any advise on where to look?
