National ID card (Tehran)

Hi everyone,

I'll be moving to Tehran in a few weeks and need to register for my Iranian ID card (I have dual citizenship GER / Iran).
Does anyone know about the administrative process? (where to go for this, what to bring - I am assuming my Shenazname? , what time in the day to go, how long it takes, ...)

I don't speak Farsi (yet), which makes is quite challenging to simply "google" it.
