Vehicle Customs (Tehran)

I am looking into as much information as I can find about importing my Truck to Iran..... Sadly, the Customs information is hit or miss. Some imply that passing money to a customs minister will bypass the required permission, and some flat out disallow importing vehicles from the United States.

Does anyone have any information regarding Iranian customs and regulations in regards specifically to USA auto Imports for Personal usage?
