working in Teheran (Tehran)

Hallo everyone,
I could use some help from you. I have a job proposal of working in Teheran for about 6 months. I have my doubts if I should expect it or not. My job position will be in engineering-construction. My colleagues are mostly men will that be a problem as a woman ( acceptance, respect)?
Do I have to cover my hair, legs and arms everywhere even in the office;
How about business meetings- lunches how I'm greeting someone are there special rules?
