English online banking (Tel Aviv)

Does anyone know of a Bank that really offers Online Banking in English?

Leumi lied to my face, promising their Online portal works in English which is doesn't and they have now admitted to it.
Even with basic Hebrew, I just don't want to be transferring money in a foreign language.

Any experiences of other banks where you are happy with their English online services?
