I.S.O. Least expensive coastal area. (Tel Aviv)

Hello, everyone,

Is realestate less expensive in Ashkelon in the South or in the North?

Retired, non Jewish couple would like to open a small business on the med. coast near the ocean.

Need help with finding web sites for restaurant/bakery equipment.

Looking to rent first & then purchase after a year or so. Any help would be appreciated.
