CHAIR LIFTS (Tenerife)

Can anyone help please. I am trying to find a company which will supply and fit a chair lift - either new or second hand. I have been able to get info from the Mainland but nothing in the canaries - ideally Gran Canaria if possible. Also does anyone know if there would be any grants available for this. It is for my partner mother who is 84 and is Canarian (if that helps) many thanks xx
