Moving to fuetuventura (Tenerife)

Hi my parents are visiting fuetuventura in April as a whole family we are looking to move out there next year on a permanent basis. As I have a son with disabilities it will be a massive move and would like to get as much information as possible not only from the authorities but also expats who live there already. And. Maybe if there is anyone who knows if there are any expat groups my parents could meet with whilst out there that would be brilliant. X
