1st Expats Beach Volley Mini-Tournament, Oct. 14 (The Hague)

Dear all - I am organizing the 1st indoor beach-volley mini-tournament for The Hague expats. The venue is the indoor court where I do regularly train ( Protected content ). There are three fields available and I would like to organize teams of 3 on 3, = 6 teams in total. Starting playing at 6pm we could end ~ 8pm and then moving to the bar-terrace facing the courts for drinks and snacks. The costs for participating to the mini-tournament will depend on how many we'll be (see the provided link for the costs of one field per hour). The owner of the courts (my trainer) might charge a little overhead for organizing the tournament and keeping staff at the bar all night, but I do not expect to pay more than 7/8 euro each for the game.
