Consultant Customer Relations at Global Connection (The Hague)

Global Connection is a small, fast-growing international cross-media and networking organisation. Through various products and services, Global Connection informs and inspires expats and expat partners, in order to contribute to their mobility and well-being. The most important target audience (the members) have been posted abroad by around 50, mostly Europe-based, multinationals and ministries. They represent 80 different nationalities and live in Protected content across the world. They are kept up to date with expat life through magazines, specials, books, email newsletters and an interactive website.

For the further expansion of our Global Connection team we are looking for a motivated:

Consultant Customer Relations

Specific job requirements
• higher education level
• perfect knowledge of the Dutch and English language (both written and verbal)
• sales talent, commercial drive
• proven organisational skills, multi-tasker
• experience with client management (B to B or B to C) 3 to 5 years
• flexible, hands on, no 9 – 5 mentality
• high computer literacy
• affinity with the target group, preferably expat(partner) experience

Job description
• responsible for the coordination of member relations
• sales and sales support
• customer relation management
• organising workshops for members
• organising client and member meetings
• maintaining the digital member database
• collecting leads from our members for all our media products
• relevant office management tasks
• reporting to operations manager
