Dutch Bank and Debit Card Recommendations (The Hague)

Hi Guys,

So I’m moving to the Hauge next month and am looking for a recommendation on Dutch bank accounts, especially banks that have low account keeping fees which are good for receiving foreign money transfers without hidden costs.

Also a major bonus would be a debit card (mastercard or visa) with minimum costs on withdrawing foreign currency elsewhere in Europe. If you’re Australian I’m looking for something similar to a CitiBank Plus or a 28 Degrees MasterCard.
