Intl friendly spots for flyers in The Hague

Hi, My name is Lucie. I am orginally from France and have lived in England and in the USA before moving to The Netherlands. I have been here for 11 years and have done a lot of community work in my city, Delft.

I now coordinate a volunteer work project for internationals in The Hague at Dutch middle schools. It did very well last year and we are about to promote it again. I have flyers that I can drop off at public places, expat associations, schools to see who would like to give a presentation in English about one or two aspects of their home countries to Dutch teenagers in The Hague.

I have a good online network but I miss physical spots for the paper flyers.
Is there someone that could give me some suggestions? All of this is free to internationals and schools and really interesting to do.
