Moving to Den Haag and I have tons of questions? (The Hague)

Hi there!

I will be moving to Den Haag very soon and I have many questions:

1. Home content insurance and third party liability insurance

Are these necessary, i.e. is the Hague safe, are there many burglaries? Which provider is the best?

2. Sim Cards.

What are the best options?

3. Anyone available to help me lift some luggage up two flight of stairs? :)

4. Any additional information you think is relevant.
