Moving to The Hague from India

Hi all,
I will be moving with family in the next few months to The Hague. I have 3 children aged 5, 11 and 16, and need to figure out how the school system works -- public school options, whether tuition fee is govt funded or part privately funded, what schools to get in touch with etc.
Any pointers or advice will be of great help.
