Yoga/gym in English - Any personal recommendation? (The Hague)

Just landed in Den Haag and currently looking for good yoga studio and gym near Willemspark to sign up. So far I've seen some names around the area - Sakti Isha, Balanzs and Haags Yoga Centrum. Any idea if they are good? Hopefully they teach in English.

On similar note, any recommendation for gym? So far I've only seen TrainMore and HealthCity near that area.
