Albanian Language - practicing conversation ... (Tirana)

Hello there,
this subject came up with a couple of foreigners that live and work in Tirana, so i am thinking of giving it a try :)
I speak fluent English as a second language, and have Albanian as first and Italian as third language... I have never taught languages but have taken courses myself. Depending on the level of interest, I could probably come up with a program to follow however want to see how much interest is there and initially start up with simple conversation.
