Ladies and gentlemen,

I am new here and have the following questions about banks & banking in Albania:

Which bank can be recommended, for example due to the lowest costs and charges; free banking account for retirees available?

Does a special website or weblink exist for online comparisons of banks and their services available, so to find out which solution suits best?

And: Does a capital gains tax has to be paid in Albania?

P.S.: I am planning to move to Albania within the next 2 years or so.
