Moving/Job Advice (Tirana)

Hi,

I am planning to move out to Tirana in August. I will have enough money to support myself for 8 months with out working. Are there many jobs available for English speaking people (limited albanian language) with limited qualifications? I am a trained massage therapist is there much chance of managing to earn a living from this in Albania?

Im also a bit confused on residency permits. Do I apply for one once i'm in the country and Is it pretty much guaranteed to be granted it?
