new in albania (Tirana)

hi Community!
I am Thomas a german architect. I will have soon to work for 3 years in Albania. My family is from Colombia. I would like to know whether in Tirana are South American expatriates AND which would be the best school for my 2 kids (9 & 12 years old).
I found already 2 international schools: A) the Memorial International School of Tirana & B) the Gjerasim D. Qiriazi- GDQ-school.
Has anybody experiences with one of this 2 schools? Which one could be better?
May be another question: about lifecost and house renting I would appreciate to get some information.
