Preschools (Tirana)

Hey guys,

I am trying to help out a friend and since I also have a daughter I am interested in the answer. Looking for two things:

1. A quality preschool in Tirana. One that is clean, one that teaches kids (not a daycare), plenty of other kids to play with, teachers are international/foreign, etc.

2. Other parents of kids aged Protected content playdates.

Any help?
