I have been offered a job in Albania. The location of the job is Vlore (Valona).

Besides the considerations on the job, there are other considerations related to quality of life for myself and my family, so I would like to listen some feedback and suggestions before taking the decision whether to take the job or not.

Languages and daily life.
Besides Albanian, how is living in Vlore with English and Italian?
Is it possible to communicate on a daily basis for the everyday activities?

Job opportunities?
Is it possible for an expat to find jobs in tourism once arrived in Albania?

Healthcare and medical care?
What is the general situation in Albania, and particularly in Valona?
I am reading that healthcare is public, but hospitals and services are generally poor.
If so, I should probably consider private care.
What is the price for a medical insurance?

Renting.
What is the average renting for a Protected content good apartment in Vlore city?

Services and utilities.
How is the quality of internet connection? Is fiber internet available in Vlore and is up to standards?
I am reading that, in some parts of Albania, some utilies as electricity or water are rationed during weekends.
Is it the same in the cities and in Vlore specifically?
I also read that kitchens have only electrical induction cooking, no gas. Is this true?

Stores and general shopping
As a general feedback, how is the availability of clothing and goods?
Are there shopping malls selling european/western brands for clothing and electronics?
