Anyone seeking a furnished apartment Minato-ku? (Tokyo)

Sorry for the spam everyone, just posted this in the Housing section too.
I'm looking for a new tenant for my flat in Azabu-Juban starting Feb/March.

It's a beautifully furnished 55 sq mtr open studio with high end furniture and lots of storage space. Great for a single professional who is looking for a hassle-free move in as the flat comes fully equipped with basic necessities.

Location is very convenient (3min walk to Azabu-Juban station) in a lovely area especially for foreigners yet within 15mins to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi etc.

I prefer to rent to a long term lessor (ideally 1 year) but am flexible. Asking rent is Y180k/month, which is ALL INCLUSIVE of residence management fee, utilities and internet so you have no house bills to pay. It's a bargain compared to any Serviced Apartments available through real estate agents or companies. And since it's a rental offering direct from the owner you save on real estate agent fees too.

If anyone can help me find a suitable, trustworthy tenant, I am willing to provide compensation. Or please let me know if anyone has any suggestions other than craigslist to find a good tenant.
