Business / Friends in Japan, Tokio (Tokyo)

Dear friends, I never been in Japan, and I keen to travel there for at least 6 months, or maybe even one year. I am learning to speak and read Japanese.
I am looking for any suggestion or help regarding long-term visa, where I can work or do some business for earning too. I think about business visa, cause I have my company registered in India and Russia. To get business visa I have obtain the invitation from business partner from Japan.
I would be glad also to make real business partnership - not only for my visa, but do some assignments for you with Japanese precise diligence :)

I been doing International business development, marketing research, market entry,
I have connections in Russia and India, worked on field of luxury, fashion, new residential projects with well-known architects and elite real estate in Europe...

Of course, I would be pleased to have new friends in Japan!
I love sports, workout and I am martial art & kenjutsu practitioner for 3 years :)
