Donation of Second Hand Clothing (Tokyo)

Dear all

Going through my closet and bringing out my summer clothing, I found several pieces which are still of good quality but which I do not want to wear any more. Does any one know of an organisation or charity which can use second hand clothing either for selling them or for donating them? It would be a waste to throw them away. Donating them to Second Harvest or the Red Cross for the Tohoku Earthquake victims is not an option because several NGOs have already explicitly pointed out that they cannot handle donation of clothes. Any other idea would be more than welcome.
