Film Work in Tokyo

Does anyone know of opportunities for filmmaking, either with professional or amateur groups in Tokyo? I'm considering moving to Tokyo for a job and would like to continue to pursue filmmaking while I'm there. If anyone knows people I can contact or websites I can visit that would give me some more information about this, that would be great. I have decent (though not fluent) Japanese language skills, so I would feel comfortable working with either Japanese people or foreigners.
