Finding my way in Tokyo

Hello everyone ! I'll be coming to Tokyo for 1 week in April for business. As I have limited time and my knowledge of Japanese is very basic, I would like to know what the best way to get around the city is. I'll be mainly visiting business partners and was toying with the idea of taking a taxi but wouldn't that work out very expensive ? Thanks for your advice and sayonara !
