Finding work - japanese requirement? (Tokyo)

Hi,

I am hoping to relocate to Tokyo in late summer of this year..was wondering, I noticed a lot of the members in japan have Japanese as their language. I am currently an accountant, but willing to branch out in different areas of business. My Japanese is very beginner. If I do not have Japanese, will that only limit to Teaching English? or is there possibility of finding decent work in a multinational corporation?..or is that far and between?

Any advise will be helpful. Knowing the true situation will be awesome.
