Good health insurance for expats? (Tokyo)

I am going to be working throughout different continents for the next few years.
I now have American Blue Cross insurance, which is not very good. I am looking for a policy that will cover inpatient and outpatient care in most parts of the world, and maybe checkups?
Does anyone have any suggestions? And thank you for your help.
