Japan Bank account (Tokyo)

Hi Folks,

I please ask you if you can give me informations regarding opening a bank account in japan that have english home banking website.

I'm currently use Citibank japan, but many place do not take my cash card and for other transaction such us mobile contract, do not have this bank on the list.

Some one recommended Chiba Bank, Keiyo Bank, Mizuho, but looking at their web looks do not have english home banking.

Please if any one more experience for this problem I will appreciate the help.
