Money exchange - yen to euros! (Tokyo)

Hello, I'm flying to Madrid tomorrow. I can tell my Japanese bank (Shinsei) that I'm going to Spain and then simply withdraw euros at a ATM in Madrid airport. Or I take out Japanese cash with me and go to a bureau de change and change into euros. Does anyone know which option is cheaper?
