Reasonable expat single living space (Tokyo)

Hi Everyone

I might be going to Tokyo as of October and November, probably for 2 years, and will be working somewhere in Minatoku. I have had a brief look around apartment ads and have been quite frankly horrified. Now the hope is that those ads are trying to catch out the unknowing Expat, but seriously - what is the damage on a decent flat Protected content in Minatoku ?
